There is a reason you are reading this page. Maybe you know what you want out of your workouts, but don't know how to do it. Maybe you are bored and need a change. Or maybe you saw someone with “arms that you want!” If you've decided that it’s time to get accomplish your goals, this is the right place to be. The goal of this site is to teach you new exercises, motivate you, and keep you abreast of the latest health news. This site is designed for you, so dig in and if there is anything that you think we need, please let us know. But first, think about this . . . Have you ever been at the gym early in the morning and looked at the people that are there? Are they excited to be there every morning while their co-workers are sleeping? Probably not, but these people know the importance of exercise. They feel better throughout their day, fit better in their clothes and know that they are healthier than the average employee sitting behind a desk. Perhaps you prefer to exercise in the evenings. Have you noticed those people who rush in, jump on a machine for 20 minutes and leave? It's not surprising that most of those people eventually stop exercising because they don't see results. These days we are too busy to exercise, eat right and do the things that are good for us. We would rather go through the drive-through (which is not an excuse for unhealthy eating - they do have salads!), eat breakfast at the local coffee shop and spend hours on our cell phone or computer. What is the benefit in that? Sure, you get your job done and make your sales goals. But seriously, how does your body feel? You don't put a mixture of water and sand into the car you drive, so why put junk into the body you live in? Why do we trash the bodies that we are given? A car needs maintenance to run well. Your body also needs maintenance through weight training, cardiovascular exercise and, most importantly, stretching.
There are many reasons to hire a trainer to assist you in your goals. You might need an appointment to get your workouts in. Maybe you want to have more fun in your workouts and want to socialize while you exercise. Possibly you need someone to challenge you and bring you to the next step of your goals.
