YSC works with survivors, caregivers and the medical, research, advocacy and legislative communities to increase the quality and quantity of life for women diagnosed with breast cancer ages 40 and under.

Cancer Action-Pink T’s Exercise Classes
Cancer Action is a community based non-profit agency offering a comprehensive array of programs and services addressing the physical, social, emotional, financial and spiritual needs of persons with cancer, their family, and friends. This is also the site of the Pink T’s exercise classes. This FREE four-week program is designed to teach participants how to incorporate a safe and effective exercise program after breast cancer treatment. Attendees also receive their equipment for on-going use at home for participating in the class. All intro level graduates can participate in an ongoing class on Thursday evenings at the Johnson County office. Contact for current schedule.

TMA has fun and challenging classes for all levels. I have been attending the kickboxing classes for over a year. They are always heart-thumping and challenge. I always walk out with an incredible workout that is never the same. This class is great for all levels but you can push yourself as hard as you want. My good friend Melissa teaches the Boot Camp classes in the mornings. You can bet you will walk out feeling empowered and like you can rule the world from any of the classes at TMA.
