Maybe you have run across the stability ball somewhere in your life at a gym or a store. Maybe you even have one sitting in a corner in your house somewhere begging you to come out and get used. Without knowing what do with it, it’s easier to ignore it than figure it out. You are not alone! However, you are missing out on an opportunity to strengthen your lower back, improve your posture and tighten your stomach muscles simply be replacing your chair our couch with the stability ball for 10-15 minutes each day while you are doing things like watch TV, work on your computer or eat supper (a little trickier but I assure you it can be done.)
